It's 3/27/20: This last week has been a whirlwind. For some, it's business as usual, and for others, it's a "time of change". If you're in the latter group just know that you're not alone. Every one of your competitors (big or small) are feeling this too and every one of you has a HUGE opportunity from this sudden change.

Simply put, you're now all on a level playing field. ...and the brand who adapts and overcomes the quickest will have set themselves up for extreme growth for the next 5-10 years. 

So my advice to you is simple.

  1. Use this time to experiment with new ideas, services, products, and delivery models. 
  2. Iterate as much and as fast as possible. You'll need to validate your changes as quickly as possible and testing these ideas many times is super important. 
  3. Rely on community. You have many people around you today that can help you. Clients, team members, sales leads, referral networks, vendors, consultants, local and state agencies, and even your competition. Build a list of these folks and call them today to find out how collaborating together can be mutually beneficial.
